Sending reports or a question?

Put these in your WhatsApp message.

  • Your child’s name and age
  • Which part is affected, and since when
  • How it started: at birth, a fall or injury, or with no clear reason
  • Clear photos or PDFs of X-rays and written reports; for a scan, the report says more than photos of the films
  • Any treatment already given: casts, braces, medicines or an operation
  • For a baby with clubfoot or a hip problem, how many weeks old the baby is

Emergency: this number is not watched around the clock. For a serious injury, a limb that looks bent, or a child with fever who won’t use an arm or leg, go to the nearest hospital emergency department.

Questions

Contact FAQs.

Can I book an appointment on WhatsApp?

No. Appointments are booked by calling the clinic you want to visit; the numbers are on the Clinics page. WhatsApp is for questions.

Can I send X-rays before the visit?

Yes, clear photos or PDFs on WhatsApp help, but please bring the originals to the visit too. A proper answer about your child usually needs an examination.
